Abstract

This study discovers the use of metaphor in the Quran, observing its frequency, distribution, and importance in conveying spiritual and religious concepts. Through a qualitative study of a selected quantity of Quranic chapters and verses, this research classifies and categorizes metaphors, examining their role in creating bright imagery, suggesting emotions, and inviting reflection. The study draws on linguistic philosophies of metaphor, Quranic scholarship, and literary analysis to provide a complete understanding of metaphor in the Quran.
