سورۂ عبس میں خاص فوائد و حِکم: تفسیر عزیزی میں سورۂ عبس کاخصوصی مطالعہ
Abstract
Surah Abasa mentions the rebuke and displeasure of Allah that befell the Jalil-ul-Qadr Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Instead of mentioning this reproach secretly, Allah revealed it in the form of the Qur’an. The wisdom in this is that Allah Ta'ala had taught many manners and moral traditions through this incident, therefore he made it a part of the Qur'an so that people would always be blessed by these instructions. The summary of some of these instructions and teachings is that there were times when the Prophets (peace be upon them) committed an ijtihadi error, which Allah would have informed them immediately, and would not have allowed them to persist in this error. Second, it provides guidance as to when the general benefit is mentioned first and on what occasion the special benefit should be mentioned first. One of the wisdoms of this event is that the person who deserves respect must be respected. Similarly, in this incident of resentment, it has been taught that friendship and love are sustained by showing resentment towards each other. It has also been suggested that a person with high demand deserves more attention than a person with low demand. The wisdom is also taught that the pursuit of knowledge should not be abandoned because of obstacles in the way of knowledge. Rather, the student should continue the process of continuous knowledge acquisition. Apart from this, there are many advices and instructions in mentioning this rebuke. These instructions and teachings are discussed in detail in this research article. They can be viewed below.
