Abstract

People bought oppressed women for their own luxury and treated them like animals and it became their nature, this sex was sold in the markets like weak sheep and goats. They were deprived of rights, free trade was prohibited and they were considered despised and humiliated in the society, even some Arabs considered women as a disgrace. They used to be buried alive. In this study, the benefits of remarriage with divorced women (Mutalqa) and widows have been evaluated from the perspective of Quran and Sunnah. The study emphasizes important moral and social benefits, highlighting the inclusive and caring values ​​of Islam. In this research, through an analysis of the Qur'an and Hadith, laws presented by Islamic teachings for the support of divorced women and widows and for marriage have been described. The study also sheds light on how these marriages contribute to fostering empathy and communal unity. This study seeks to advance the offer of remarriage to divorced women and widows in the world by elucidating the religious virtues and social benefits in accordance with the ethical and humanitarian principles of Islam.
